Blue Guardian: rules, terms and fine print

UAE, Saint Lucia. Funds: simulated. Italy: not on the restricted list.

Read this first

Where the money is real, and where it is not

  • The challenge account is simulated. The firm describes the challenge account as simulated, not as trading with the firm's capital.
  • Your fee is real money, and it is spent. The evaluation fee (plus any reset, renewal or activation fee) leaves your bank account. If you fail, it is normally not refunded.
  • A payout is real money, but it is a promise. Profits earned on the simulated account are paid from the firm's own funds, and every firm reserves discretion over payouts and account closure in its terms.
  • Nobody independent verifies payouts. For most firms we found no certified third-party record of what was actually paid. Only the firm's own pages and trackers of unknown method.
The account

What you are buying

Help center: 'All accounts provided by Blue Guardian, including funded accounts, are demo accounts operating in a simulated trading environment with virtual funds.' Terms: 'the Company does not provide you with the opportunity to invest actual currency'. Conflict: Terms 'Education' section says traders who pass 'shall be allocated capital to trade in a live account under the terms of an agreement with the Company', while the same Terms say 'the Company does not provide you with the opportunity to invest actual currency' and the help center says all accounts are demo/simulated.

Entity: Iconic Exchange FZCO t/a Blue Guardian (Dubai, operates site, education products, payment processing); Blue Guardian Limited (Saint Lucia, provides simulated trading platforms); Blue Guardian Marketing LLC (Dubai, support/admin) source

Regulation: Site footer: 'Blue Guardian is not a broker... not a licensed investment services provider within the meaning of MIFID II'; no license claimed.
