Not verified: legal entity from a primary source, Estonian VASP status, Italy/EU acceptance, terms, incidents/legal actions (web search budget exhausted; none found), PoR content and auditor, futures fees. Note llms.txt claims 965 spot markets/800+ tokens whereas the markets API returned 859. Incident/legal search 2026-10-09 via web search (limited number of queries); absence of entries is not proof of absence.

Facts are as of 9 Oct 2026. We ran a limited number of searches per exchange, so an empty list is not proof that nothing happened. We did not check the Italian OAM register.
