What we could not verify

Not verified: base fees (dynamic page), operating entity country and registration numbers, AUSTRAC/FinCEN registration against the registers, Italy acceptance, OAM, incidents (CoinGecko lists none, third-party and not relied on), withdrawal fees. Searched 2026-10-09 for hacks/regulator warnings/lawsuits: nothing found for Hotcoin; results were about unrelated exchanges (Hotbit, HTX). Not a proof of absence.

Facts are as of 9 Oct 2026. We ran a limited number of searches per exchange, so an empty list is not proof that nothing happened. We did not check the Italian OAM register.
