What we could not verify
This file was derived from the existing ex_bybit/fx_bybit research (sources accessed 2026-10-07) re-scoped to the EU entity, plus ESMA CSV re-check and AMF page on 2026-10-09. Not verified: OAM status, EU derivatives, EU maker/taker split, staking terms, withdrawal fees; hack and PoR relate to the global platform; Lazarus attribution is per Elliptic/Arkham via Security Affairs. Regulatory/incident items found concern the global Bybit entity, not Bybit EU GmbH; no action specifically against Bybit EU GmbH found. Hack outcome per blocmates (2025-02-24): CEO said ETH gap closed, withdrawals normal (https://www.blocmates.com/news-posts/crypto-exchange-bybit-fully-closes-ether-gap).
Facts are as of 9 Oct 2026. We ran a limited number of searches per exchange, so an empty list is not proof that nothing happened. We did not check the Italian OAM register. Items from press or third parties are reports, not findings by an authority. If something here is wrong or out of date, send a correction with a source: corrections policy.
