  • 2023-04-14 Hot wallet exploit, about USD 23M in ETH, SHIB, QNT, GALA, HOT, MATIC; Bitrue said the hot wallet held under 5% of total funds and suspended withdrawals temporarily. Not verified: operating entity, licences, official fees, official Terms/restricted jurisdictions (support site Cloudflare-blocked), OAM, PoR, legal/regulatory actions (search budget exhausted before these could be searched). Audit 2026-10-09: 2019 Bitrue hack is outside the 5-year window; no new incident after 2023-04 found.
