Not verified: country of iFinex Inc., EU/Italy availability and restricted jurisdictions (legal pages blocked), OAM, proof of reserves, other regulator actions (e.g. CFTC) and incidents in the last 5 years (not sourced; 2016 hack is outside the window and was not sourced). Audit 2026-10-09: no hack or withdrawal suspension in last 5 years found (2016 hack is outside the window). Other regulators (SEC/CFTC/CONSOB) not verified beyond existing NYAG entry.
