  • 2021-06 (list created); removed 2025-01 CNMV (Spain): Bit2Me was on the CNMV 'Advertencias: Otras Entidades' warning list (entities not authorised for investment services); listing date not stated in source. Per the source, Bit2Me's law firm says it requested removal several times and that Bit2Me obtained Banco de Espana VASP registration in Feb 2022. Not verified: Italian onboarding, OAM, official fee table (only third-party), proof of reserves, incidents and regulator actions (search budget exhausted before these could be searched), other licences. 2026-10-09 search: no hack/incident found; no fines found.
