1. Who writes this, and in what capacity

Trading Education Platform System is written and edited by Di Tavi Rocco Elio, an individual trader and educator based in Italy. The research reports (Exchange Rigor Report, Crypto Reality Check, Bitcoin ETF comparison) are compiled with the help of AI tools and automated data collection, and are edited and approved by the publisher, who is responsible for them. We are not journalists registered with any professional order, not a registered newspaper, and not a regulated financial firm. We publish as an independent, impersonal educational publication.

2. Independence: who pays for this

  • Nobody. The site has no advertising, no sponsorship, no affiliate or referral links, no paid listings and no paid reviews. No exchange, issuer, project, broker or data vendor has paid us, been asked to pay, or been offered a better score or placement for any consideration.
  • The publisher earns nothing from any company covered by a report. If the YouTube channel earns advertising revenue from YouTube, that revenue is paid by YouTube, not by any company we cover.
  • If this changes, we will say so here with the date, and the following rules will apply: advertising will appear only in clearly labelled spaces, never inside a ranking, score, table or report; any affiliate or referral link will be labelled "Affiliate link: we may earn a commission" next to the link, on every page where it appears; no commercial relationship will influence a score, a tier, a fee figure or the order of a table; and we will not accept commercial relationships from companies while they are provisional or capped in a report. We will not use affiliate links to crypto exchanges or brokers for readers in jurisdictions where that would make our content a regulated financial promotion.

3. Conflicts of interest and holdings

  • The publisher is an active trader of crypto assets and may hold, or have held, positions in assets mentioned on the site, including Bitcoin and other coins covered by the Reality Check, and may trade on exchanges covered by the Rigor Report.
  • Rules we follow: (a) we do not publish price targets, forecasts or "buy/sell/hold" views; (b) we do not hold tokens, equity, options or any interest in an exchange, issuer or project covered by a report as a result of any relationship with it, and we are not employed or paid by any of them; (c) if a position of the publisher is material to a specific page, the page says so at the top.
  • Holdings are not itemised here. If you want to weigh this conflict of interest, assume the publisher may hold positions in Bitcoin, Ether and other large crypto assets covered on the site, and may hold accounts on exchanges that are covered.

4. Method and sources

  • Every report follows a method published before scoring (see "How we audit" and "How we check"). Weights are fixed before results are computed; a rule change is applied to every subject and logged with the date and, for the Reality Check, the method hash.
  • Every factual claim is linked to its source with the date we read it. We prefer primary sources in this order: regulator registers and decisions, court records and official press releases, the company's own filings and pages, then reputable press. For fees and fund sizes we prefer the issuer's or exchange's own page and cite aggregators only as a secondary confirmation.
  • A legal or regulatory event is recorded with a standard label and only affects a score when it is supported by an official document we link:
  • Guilty plea / conviction — the named entity pleaded guilty or was convicted by a court (we name the entity: a plea by one company in a group is not attributed to its affiliates).
  • Judgment / final order — a court or authority decided against the entity on the merits.
  • Settlement without admission — the entity settled; no finding of wrongdoing.
  • Fine / administrative penalty — imposed by an authority; we say whether it is final or under appeal.
  • Warning / alert — a regulator published a notice; not a finding.
  • Alleged / pending — a complaint, charge or investigation exists; it is not a finding of wrongdoing and it does not reduce a score.
  • Dismissed / closed — the matter ended without a finding; shown for completeness, no deduction.
  • Reported by press, official text not found — shown, not scored.
  • We distinguish facts (dated, sourced) from our assessments (scores, tiers, labels), which are editorial opinions about the documented evidence, not statements about safety, value or the future.
  • "Not verified" means we could not confirm a fact from a source we could read. "None found" means none found in our search, which is not exhaustive. We say what we could not verify on every page.

5. Updates and dating

Each report page shows the date of the facts it describes. We re-check reports on a cycle (we aim for every 90 days) and sooner when a reader, a company or a regulator sends us a sourced update. Old editions are archived and dated; we do not silently rewrite history.

6. Language we avoid

We do not call any company, product or person "safe", "the safest", "a scam", "fraudulent" or similar, and we do not tell readers what to buy, sell, deposit or avoid. Where a question like "Is X safe?" is used as a page title because people search for it, the first sentence of the answer says that we do not give a yes or no.
